Yes. If you start with Management and decide you want staging refreshed, our designer can come in any time. Package upgrades are common after year one, and we make the transition seamless.

02 Do I keep the furniture?

Absolutely. Every item we source and install is yours to keep. The staging package is an investment in your property, not a rental, and it stays with the asset if you ever sell.

03 How are staging costs priced?

Transparent flat-rate quotes, based on square footage, bedroom count, and market. You get it in writing before any commitment. No surprises, no hidden fees, no revisions mid-project.

04 What if I already have some furniture?

We'll audit what you have and only add what's needed. Many owners do a hybrid: keep existing pieces, let us fill the gaps. You pay for what the listing actually needs, nothing more.

05 How soon can we get started?

Typically within the week. Discovery call → free market analysis in under 48 hours → contract. From signed contract to first guest: 10–14 days on the Flagship package.
