Our mandate is clear: to deliver hospitality of enduring quality, and to uphold the trust of every owner and guest we serve.

Karen Bello established Bello Homes on the conviction that the short-term rental industry required a higher standard: one defined by boutique-hospitality discipline, transparent operations, and design-led execution. Under her leadership, a single managed property in Raleigh has developed into a curated portfolio spanning the Carolinas, nine United States markets, Mexico, and Colombia.

Her approach combines rigorous operational oversight with an uncompromising design sensibility. This philosophy informs every dimension of the organization, from property staging and guest experience to owner reporting and strategic growth. She directs the company in service of a single principle: every stay should reaffirm the guest's confidence, and every owner should regard Bello Homes as an indispensable partner.

Built in North Carolina, bound for the world.

Bello Homes started with a single property in Raleigh and a simple belief: short-term rentals deserve the care and intentionality of boutique hospitality, not the autopilot of generic property management.

Today, we manage a carefully curated portfolio across 25 North Carolina cities, 9 U.S. states, and international properties in Mexico and Colombia. Each is treated with the same attention we gave that first home.
